Sales Tax
Bettyusa does not charge sales tax. EXCEPT merchandise shipped to California addresses must pay 9.5% sales tax.
Shipping time
The item normally leaves our facility within five working days after received your payment. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery to reach your home or office. Please keep in mind large item takes longer time to arrive.
Shipping Notification and Your Phone Number
The shipping company will contact you when they arrive in your town. You must provide your phone number when make payment. You must be at home or your office to accept delivery. Otherwise, it may incur shipment delay and/or additional charges.
Shipping Terms
The delivery drivers are not insured to bring your merchandise inside your home. The delivery does not include unpacking, setup/assemble, removal. If the merchandise is shipped on pallets, please assist the delivery man in unloading the merchandise. Otherwise, the freight company may charge a lift gate fee on your part which is not included in the shipping and handling fees you have paid.
Before You Sign for the Delivery
Please inspect the packaging and content for any damage that may have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the carrier/driver and Send us a description and digital photograph of the damaged items/parts within 7 days. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been signed and accepted upon delivery, or any supporting document and photo received by me after the 7 days period.
Ship to US 48 contiguous states only
No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico.
Shipping Insurance
If optional shipping insurance is paid at the time of purchase you will be covered for any damages in transit. We will also handle all freight claims and pick up the damaged item and replace it with a new one. If you opt out of the insurance it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company and wait to get reimbursed from them.
Exchange / Return / Refund
Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. If the cancellation is required after 24 hours you placed the order, 6% tracnsaction fee will be applied on the original total amount. If a refund is requested when your order is ready to ship, 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it within 3 days of arrival for a full refund, less all shipping and handling fees. A 25% restocking fee will also be applied.
* IMPORTANT: All returns must have the original packaging.All items must be unassembled and re-packaged in the way it was received.
All returns must be notified to our customer service within seven (7) days of receipt (verified by the tracking number given). This will allow us to better process your returns, refunds, and/or damage claim requests. Failure to follow the above guidelines will cause a delay and lead up to the denial of return / damage claim requests. No exceptions will be made, and thank you for your cooperation.
All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount. On Free Shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but you will still be charged for round trip shipping costs incurred by BettyUSA.com Furniture.
If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be the original total less shipping charge, 25% restocking fee on the original item price, and any deductions resulting from return shipping damages or unreported defects. Refunds will be credited in 1 to 2 weeks from the date of arrival for the returned item.
If an exchange is requested, the original item price less 25% restocking fee is credited toward the new order, and BettyUSA.com will cover for new shipping charges on the exchange item. Deductions from the credit total will be accounted for any damages resulting from return shipping or unreported defects.
All damages must be reported with proof of picture within 10 days of receipt for free replacement of damaged parts. All returns must be authorized by us first and all items returned must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Otherwise, the return will be refused.
* No returns are accepted after the 30 Day Return Policy period.
